The Lamar W. Powell Family Scholarship provides descendants of Retired Chief Warrant Officer 3 Lamar Webster Powell four years of financial assistance to obtain a college degree.
Vision
The Lamar W. Powell Revocable Trust is responsibly and systematically utilized to ensure that heirs of Lamar W. Powell are provided financial resources to earn a Bachelor's, Master's, or postgraduate degree.
