Thank you for your interest in the Lamar W. Powell Family Scholarship. This website will provide you with the necessary information to submit your application for the Lamar W. Review the General Information thoroughly to determine guidelines, criteria, eligibility, deadlines, and checklist to be considered for this scholarship.

Please complete, sign and date Part 1 of the Scholarship Financial Aid Verification Form.

Include your name and student identification number, if

applicable, at the top of FERPA Form for Student Consent to

Release Information. Please sign and date near the bottom of

the form.

Complete the entire Application for Academic Year and include all requested attachments. Please complete, sign and date Part 8 – Application Certification.

Submit all documents electronically through this website by

by June 30th for Fall enrollment, and October 30th for Spring enrollment.
